The role of the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is to:
- Review actual progress in terms of Local Development Document preparation against the timetable and milestones set out in the Local Development Scheme;
- Assess the extent to which policies in Local Development Documents are being implemented; and
- Identify failing policies and set out the steps to be taken to address this (including amendment or replacement as required).
