Blyth Parish Council meets on the second Monday of the month at the Barnby Memorial Hall, High Street, Blyth. Members of the public are invited to attend to observe during any meeting, with the opportunity to speak normally given before the meeting starts, or at a break in the meeting if agreed by the Councillors.
