The dataset was originally created for the Core Strategy a policy document to be produced as part of the Local Development Framework (LDF). The Core Strategy sets out the long-term spatial vision for the District, the strategic policies and proposals required to deliver that vision and strategic site allocations for key development areas. This dataset is about the Primary Shopping Area Boundary, an area defined as a primary shopping area, a retail core of the town centre.
